To celebrate Lowe’s 265,000 employees, Jimmie Johnson will drive the #48 Lowe’s Red Vest Chevy this weekend at Charlotte. Johnson debuted the Red Vest Chevy last November when he drove to Victory Lane at Texas. The red vests Lowe’s employees wear have become symbolic of the company’s commitment to its customers and providing outstanding service each and every day. In fact, Lowe’s announced Monday a $500,000 donation to the American Red Cross to help those in the southeast impacted by Hurricane Joaquin. Johnson comment: “After 14 years of partnership, I know what the red vest means to everyone at Lowe’s.
